Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be able to lift, push, or pull fifty pounds with assistance.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to obtain forklift license if able.
• Ability to use good judgment, discretion, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Sort and grade donations and truck shipments to keep stores stocked with quality merchandise.
• Operate cash register so transactions are smooth and customer wait times are minimal.
• Assist with donor greetings and unloading items when they arrive.
• Provide tax receipt forms to donors and ensure donation records are accurate.
• Assist with loading/unloading and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
• Balance duties with teamwork to support continuous improvement and service opportunities.
