Job summary

Scheels in Tulsa, OK is hiring a Part-Time Hunting and Archery Sales Associate to greet customers and drive sales on the floor. You will deliver personalized service, promote Scheels Visa, and work toward team goals in a fast-paced sporting goods environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining merchandising standards, restocking, training new associates, using the inventory scanner and MS Office tools, and participating in product trainings to stay knowledgeable about hunting and archery gear.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1–3 months of sales experience.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to learn Scheels product assortment.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and basic computer use preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Deliver exceptional service by identifying needs and promoting products and Scheels Visa.
• Grow personal sales by meeting goals and following professional sales steps.
• Create a positive end-user experience based on customer purchases.
• Maintain visual merchandising and assist with freight processing and inventory restocking.
• Demonstrate product usage and retrieve items from high shelves as needed.
• Attend Scheels product trainings and store meetings; assist in training new associates.
• Navigate a PC and handheld inventory scanner; use MS Office and Google Docs as needed.
• Assist in other duties as assigned by leadership.
