• Demonstrate product knowledge and passion for Scheels products.
• Attend all product trainings and store meetings.
• Maintain professional appearance on the sales floor.
• Assist with other duties as needed, including freight/stocking.
• Perform basic math for transactions and understand simple reports.
• Read and write simple correspondence and communicate clearly with others.
• Show strong teamwork and problem solving in daily tasks.
• Be willing to adapt to changing tasks and locations as needed.
