Job summary

Sprouts Nature School is seeking a reliable Part-Time Outdoor Educator & Administrative Assistant to support nature-based programs and behind-the-scenes tasks.

The role combines outdoor activities with transport duties and light office work, requiring initiative, organization, and comfort around children and families. Hours are 10–15 per week, mainly afternoons, Monday–Friday. Transportation of children and program support are included.

• Experience with organizing activities and managing schedules is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead outdoor, nature-based activities for children
• Transport children as needed and supervise groups
• Assist with program setup, cleanup, and supplies
• Update Sprouts Nature School website and assist social media
• Create, send, and manage invoices
• Maintain records and communicate with parents
