Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers for safe transport.
• Use the document management system to track freight locations within the terminal.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including day and night shifts, weekends or holidays.
• Operate with a customer service mindset.
