Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking an Inbound Dockworker in York, PA. This full-time role involves safely loading and unloading freight on trailers and verifying paperwork using electronic and manual systems.

Prior forklift experience is preferred, along with experience in warehousing, freight, and logistics. English communication skills are required to read, write, and speak effectively, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Pick, staging, and secure freight inside trailers to insure safe transport.
• Use document management system to track and monitor freight shipment locations.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including day, night, weekends and holidays.
• Operate with a customer service first mentality.

Job description

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full‑time Inbound Dockworker to join our team in York, PA. This role is responsible for safely transporting freight on and off trailers, and verifying related documentation via the electronic and manual systems. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

• Earn $23.55 per hour + $0.70 shift differential. Rate will increase to $29.05 after 12 months of employment

• Maintain a flexible schedule, including but not limited to day and night shifts, weekends and or holiday work
• Operating with a customer service first mentality
