Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Prior warehousing/freight/logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and follow safety rules.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or pallet jack.
• Sort, stage and secure freight inside trailers for safe transport.
• Use document systems to track freight locations in the terminal.
• Communicate with terminal staff and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including day, night, weekends, or holidays.
• Provide customer-service oriented support.
