Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift or material handling experience preferred.
• Prior warehousing/logistics exposure is a plus.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers.
• Use document management systems to track freight locations.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including day/night shifts, weekends, or holidays.
• Provide customer-service oriented support.
