Concept Rehab is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to provide quality rehabilitation services in Adrian, Michigan.

You will complete assessments, design individualized therapy programs, and help patients regain independence while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal functional outcomes. We value patient-centered care and pride in professional standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license.
• Passion for patient care and rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Complete occupational therapy assessments and functional evaluations.
• Design and implement individualized therapy programs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions focused on activities of daily living, upper extremity function, coordination, and functional independence.
• Track patient outcomes and document progress toward established goals.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding treatment plans.
• Ensure therapy services meet professional standards and patient care requirements.
