Job summary

Concept Rehab in Woodhaven, Michigan is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team on a part-time basis.

You will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing setting, develop individualized plans, and help patients improve mobility and independence with daily activities. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and benefits including PTO and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Michigan OT license.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• A patient-centered approach to rehabilitation.
• Previous SNF experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in a skilled nursing setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals.
• Help patients improve mobility, coordination, self-care, and independence with daily activities.
• Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and fellow rehabilitation professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
