Synchrony Rehab is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services at Country Time Inn & Wellington House, a Senior Living Community in Kings Mountain, NC.-Part-time schedule Monday–Friday with no holidays or weekends, hourly rate 40–46/hr. Includes weekly pay and benefits after month one, plus loan repayment and 401(k) match.

• Licensure as an OT in the state is required and active.
• CPR certification current; preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on daily living strategies.
• Document progress and adapt plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
