Job summary

Synchrony Rehab seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our senior living teams at The Southwood, Southfork, Somerset Court of Mocksville and Mocksville Senior Living in Winston-Salem, NC. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends.

Hourly rate ranges from $44–$50 with weekly pay. We provide benefits after the first month, including health, dental, and vision, plus student loan repayment and a competitive 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Assessment, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary environment experience.
• Current state OT licensure is required, CPR certification preferred.
• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
