Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy; CA licensure.
• Experience with PACE program and EMR systems is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess member functional status and plan interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in care planning and discharge planning.
• Provide therapy and supervise Rehabilitation Aides and OTA as needed.
• Educate staff and members; participate in in-services and education programs.
• Develop and adapt programs and assess need for DME and safety in home environments.
