LifeWorks in Tracy, CA is actively seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a flexible, part-time position to cover our Tracy-area clients.

The role starts with a manageable caseload of 4-5 clients, with clear potential to grow as demand increases. You will join a supportive team that values mentorship, continuing education, and career growth within LifeWorks and its broader network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program.
• Current California Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience working with clients with developmental, physical, or cognitive challenges preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, client-centered occupational therapy sessions.
• Support development of functional, motor, sensory, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote carryover at home.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to strong client outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
