LifeWorks in Stockton, CA is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services. You will assess, plan, and implement treatment programs to help clients perform daily activities with greater independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in California.
• Experience with clients who have physical, cognitive, or developmental challenges is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess clients’ functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills.
• Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic activities for progress outside sessions.
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to align on goals and care.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records in compliance with standards.
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education.
