Qualifications

• Must be aLicensed Occupational Therapist in Maryland or eligible for licensure.
• Active CPR certification required.
• Strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills are essential.
• Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork is valued.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled OT services to improve mobility, strength, safety, balance and independence.
• Monitor progress and update treatment plans; communicate patient status clearly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Help create rehab programs trusted by patients, families and facilities.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
