Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master’s/Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed in the state as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proficient in computer systems for documentation (Net Health, PointClickCare).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Supervise COTA and rehab aides; document timely and compliant records.
