Qualifications

• 1-3 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• Experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation facility is preferred.
• OT license (OTR) and BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and documents findings.
• Develops individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provides safe and effective treatment interventions with proper documentation.
• Reassesses progress and updates treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes.
• Mentors and orients new staff and OT students.
• Ensures accurate billing documentation reflects services provided.
