Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• 1–2 years acute inpatient/rehab experience required.
• Arizona OT license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in acute care or outpatient settings.
• Administer diagnostic testing and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain electronic progress notes and reports.
• Coordinate with care teams and discharge planning.
• Supervise OTAs, aides, and students per policy.
• Train staff in therapy techniques.
• Adhere to safety and confidentiality standards.
