Job summary

Ermi LLC. is seeking a part-time Clinical Research Coordinator to support orthopedic studies across the Tampa Bay area, primarily onsite during regular weekday hours. The role involves patient-facing research coordination, data entry, and collaboration with ArthroResearch, FOI, and Florida Orthopedic Institute.

You will assist with enrollment, ROM measurements, and study documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth operations across multiple clinics.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research with direct patient interaction.
• GCP certification or training completed.
• Experience using electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
• Experience interacting with and supporting clinical research participants.
• Strong organizational skills and accurate documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel between Tampa Bay clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, consent, and enroll eligible participants per study protocols.
• Coordinate participant visits, follow-ups, and study-related calls.
• Perform range-of-motion (ROM) measurements and functional assessments.
• Enter and maintain study data in electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
• Maintain organized research records and study documentation.
• Assist with regulatory documentation and administrative activities.
• Collaborate with FOI physicians and clinical staff to support study activities.
• Communicate study progress and updates with ArthroResearch and Ermi.
• Coordinate with Ermi to facilitate study device orders for eligible participants.
• Support consistent research operations across participating clinic locations.
