Metropolitan Surgery Center in Hackensack, NJ, is seeking a part-time Operating Room Nurse (OR RN) to support surgical teams in ENT, Orthopedic, Pain, Podiatry, and Urology cases. The role involves patient positioning, prepping, and circulating during procedures.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited RN program with an active RN license in New Jersey, BLS/ACLS/PALS as required, and at least one year as a circulating nurse; strong nursing judgment is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care during surgical cases.
• Position, prep, and circulate the patient during procedures.
• Experience with ENT, Orthopedic, Pain, Podiatry and Urology procedures.
