Responsibilities

• Greet patients by phone and in person, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer inquiries, schedule and remind patients of appointments, address concerns with professionalism.
• Coordinate and manage the appointment schedule for optometrists and staff.
• Collect and verify insurance details and patient billing information.
• Enter and verify patient data in the clinic's electronic records system.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling patient information.
• Assist in patient product ordering and dispensing as needed.
