• Greeting patients and answering phones when needed.
• Conducts service in accordance with Clinical Protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensures patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Establishes positive doctor/patient relationships.
• Coaches Associate Doctors on clinical protocols.
