EssilorLuxottica's Pearle Vision in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Part-Time Associate Optometrist to deliver exceptional eye care and lead the execution of NECE. You will partner with the Store Manager and Field Leadership to maintain a safe, motivating work environment, mentor Associate Doctors and staff, coordinate scheduling, and drive high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with current knowledge of optometric technology and practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NECE in patient care and lead the execution of NECE.
• Greet patients and handle phone inquiries as needed.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Lead and coach Associate Doctors and staff to meet targets.
