Warby Parker is seeking a Part‑Time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent practice adjacent to a Warby Parker store. You will practice under the clinical direction of supervising optometrist(s) and provide high‑quality eye care with a focus on patient experience.

You will work with a supportive team, maintain licensure, and leverage EMR tools to deliver precise, compassionate care while helping grow the eye exam business at your location.

Qualifications

• OD licensed in the state where you practice
• Proven ability to deliver patient‑focused eye care
• Strong communication and collaboration with store teams

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations per standards of care
• Prescribe eyewear and contact lenses tailored to patient needs
• Maintain accurate medical records and state licensure in good standing
• Collaborate with the store team to grow the eye exam business at your location
• Be an engaged clinical presence reinforcing eye care leadership and brand awareness
