Warby Parker is looking for a Part-Time Doctor of Optometry to join an affiliated independent practice adjacent to a Warby Parker retail location. You will practice under the clinical direction of the practice's supervising optometrist(s) and provide high-quality eye exams and vision care.

You will collaborate with a supportive team, maintain state licensure, and stay current with CE requirements while using EMR tools to deliver a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• OD licensed in the state where you practice.
• Strong communicator with a collaborative approach.

• Maintain state licensure and CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations.
• Partner with store team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Prescribe eyewear and eye health solutions tailored to patients.
• Diagnose and treat vision conditions with accuracy.
• Share eye care knowledge with the team to support patients’ journey.
• Be a visible clinical presence reinforcing care quality.
• Use EMR tools to streamline care and ensure precision.
• Support performance goals by delivering excellent clinical care.
• Collaborate with Store Leader on goals and strategies.
• Maintain detailed medical records and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain licensure and complete CE requirements.
• Educate and inspire patients and team members about eye care.
