Visionworks is seeking a part-time Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant in Marlboro Township, NJ to be the welcoming face of our exam experience. You will conduct preliminary testing, maintain patient records, and guide patients from the exam to product recommendations with a patient-first approach.

This role emphasizes eye health knowledge, strong customer service, and teamwork to support a smooth patient journey and store operations in a busy optical practice.

Qualifications

• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducing preliminary testing
• Introduce patient to OD and provide OD with important patient information
• Transition patient from doctor to sales floor and provide associates necessary information to educate and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to meet additional patient needs
