Qualifications

• State licensure/ABO certification in non-licensed states as applicable.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.
• Awareness of store merchandise and inventory systems.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Sales skills with IPAD/tablet usage.

• Provide unsurpassed customer service during selling process.
• Support problem solving and troubleshooting for customers.
• Engage patients with technology to enhance experiences.
• Serve as a leader in customer service tone at the location.
• Educate customers on guarantees and services, eyewear care.

• Maintain store visuals per planograms and safe work environment.
• Be a role model and technical resource for associates.
