Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure required for optician work.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set clear expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses accurately.
• Lead in optical knowledge and mentor colleagues.
• Take measurements and ensure eyewear meets standards and customer needs.
• Achieve brand KPIs and maintain store appearance and safety.
