Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead to be the face of the store, guiding patients through eyewear choices with a simple, human and bold approach. The role requires optical knowledge and a focus on exceptional customer experiences.

The position is part-time with pay between $13.70 and $18.47 per hour, and requires 12 months optical experience or ABO certification, HS diploma, and state license compliance where applicable.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only
