Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
• Experience in optical industry is preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
• Assist patients in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, and coatings.
• Take measurements and ensure prescription data is accurate for grinding, coating, and fitting lenses.
• Process transactions and refunds using the in-house POS system.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and promote current promotions.
• Create and maintain patient files in accordance with HIPAA policies.
