Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a lab or technical setting is preferred.
• Experience in the optical industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lab Work: identify and work with optical laboratory equipment, tools, supplies, and materials; meet hourly deadlines.
• Prescription Management: read and interpret prescription specifications and input into the computer for proper lens cutting.
• Maintenance: keep the lab area and equipment safe and organized; perform routine maintenance as scheduled.
• Operational Excellence: multitask across stations to maintain workflow; complete reporting forms promptly.
