Description:

This is a remote position providing after-hours and overnight physician/ customer support.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as physician and customer support liaison
  • Collaborate with IT departments on technology issues
  • Assist facilities and physicians in coordinating consultations as needed
  • Update and maintain all incident and request logs

Other Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians in generating and communicating patient rounding lists
  • Data entry of physician staffing plan and distributing monthly call schedule as needed
  • Report generation, data entry and verification as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years working in customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Action-oriented – should be able to follow up with a high sense of urgency to ensure positive outcomes for clients, physicians, and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective and professional communication, both verbal and written

Bonus Skills (not required):

  • Experience working in healthcare and/or with EHR systems
  • Experience working in a call center
  • Data analysis, interpretation, and visualization
  • Advanced IT knowledge (Cisco, support, networks)
