Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist open labs and patrons with daily computer usage and software.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support for MS Office, Jagnet, Blackboard, Wi-Fi, printing and scanning.
• Maintain lab areas clean and safe, enforce lab rules, and assist with makerspace technologies.
