Fooda is seeking an onsite Events Support associate in Boston for a part-time role. You will help set up and tear down event spaces, ensure high quality customer experiences, and quickly resolve issues with orders or communications.

This role requires comfort with Fooda technology and fast-paced operations. Ideal candidates have catering or serving experience, can work 12–15 hours weekly during business hours, and are authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Prior catering or serving experience preferred.
• Part-time, 12–15 hours per week, during regular business hours.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support Fooda events onsite: set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas; problem-solve; ensure high quality setup and customer experience.
• Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues with orders, deliveries, email communication; fix onsite POS/tech issues; coach on mobile app.
