Job summary

ComPsych Corporation, the world’s leading provider of EAP solutions, seeks an Onsite EAP Counselor to deliver direct clinical services at a customer site in Memphis, TN. This full-time role requires a licensed professional with strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently. You will provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention, referrals, and supervisor support, and lead trainings.

Qualifications

• Licensed LCSW or LPC required.
• At least 5 years providing direct clinical services.
• Experience in EAP onsite services preferred.
• Crisis intervention experience including CISM.
• Ability to work independently with corporate coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed.
• Facilitate referrals into the benefit plan or community resources.
• Provide supervisory consultations and support for work-related issues.
• Monitor employer-related referrals through completion of services.
• Manage Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) debriefings.
• Complete orientations regarding the EAP's role and services.
• Provide training and lunch-and-learn sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.
• This is a full-time role (40 hours/week, Mon-Fri in office).

About the Role

Our Onsite EAP Counselor is responsible for providing direct onsite clinical services at our customer's site in Memphis, TN. As the world’s largest provider of EAP and Managed Care, this is an exceptional opportunity to use your clinical expertise to help support customer employees who are seeking EAP services. This position requires a senior clinical licensed professional with sound clinical judgement.

What You'll Do

• Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Facilitate referrals into the benefit plan or community resources
• Provide supervisory consultations and support for work-related issues
• Monitor employer-related referrals through completion of services
• Manage Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) debriefings
• Complete employee/management orientations regarding the Employee Assistant Program's role and services
• Provide training and lunch-and-learn services
• Other duties as assigned
• This is a full-time role (40 hours a week, Monday - Friday in office schedule)

What We're Looking For

• Licensed LCSW/LPC required
• Experience in EAP services, onsite EAP experience highly desired
• At least 5 years of providing direct clinical services
• Experience in work-related issues
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with our corporate office
• Experience in facilitating onsite training programs and presentations
• Proven track record of fostering partnerships with management, unions, and other personnel
• Crisis intervention experience, including providing CISM services
• Sound clinical judgment
• Excellent critical thinking skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Full benefits package, including Paid Time Off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, robust EAP, wellness program, and much more
• The salary range for this position is $55,000 - 85,000 USD. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
