Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 and sophomore standing or higher.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (Continental will not sponsor visas now or in the future).

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Process invoices using SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
• Account Reconciliation: Assist with GR/IR account reconciliation activities, and review and reconcile vendor statements.
• Fixed Asset Management: Support fixed asset inventory cycle counts and record maintenance, and perform asset tagging and scanning activities within PASAM.
• Financial Entries: Prepare and post journal entries as assigned.
• Support Tickets & Requests: Submit and monitor SIVIS service tickets, and follow up on Electronic Service Requests (ESRs) and related accounting items.
