Job summary

University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management seeks course facilitators to support faculty in online management courses. Facilitators respond to student questions, grade assignments, hold virtual office hours, monitor discussions, and enter grades in D2L.

Positions are part-time, not guaranteed every semester, and assignments vary by course. Each course typically lasts 7–8 weeks with an expected ~10 hours per week per course, and requires reliable internet and a capable computer.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience with LMS and virtual conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom).

Responsibilities

• Grade assignments and enter grades into D2L.
• Monitor discussion boards and respond to student comments.
• Respond to student inquiries about course content and/or using D2L.
• Hold regularly scheduled office hours in a virtual environment.
