Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Production Specialist for a food production role in Idaho. The graveyard shift runs 7:45am-4pm with pay starting at $14.00 per hour. This is a part-time position with a minimum of 15 hours per week.

You will trim onion tops, tails, and peels, inspect produce for defects, and manage safe operation of topper/tailer equipment. The role requires GMP/safety adherence, the ability to stand long hours, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMP standards in a food environment.
• Ability to work in wet and hot/cold conditions.
• Physical stamina to stand long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to travel to all areas of the plant.
• Safety-minded and follows sanitation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Trim onion tops, tails, and peels from product.
• Inspect onions and peppers for defects and remove unusable pieces.
• Place onions in pockets on topper/tailer machines.
• Perform light sanitation duties and cleanliness routines.
• Follow GMP and safety standards at all times.
• Rotate positions as directed by floor lead.
