Job summary

StretchLab Vinnin Square is seeking athletic trainers, personal trainers, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates instructors to join our team. This position offers hands-on experience in a new fitness modality and a chance to impact client mobility.

You will deliver one-on-one and group stretches, grow membership, and ensure client safety while upholding studio policies. Part-time hours with opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist license required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer/Personal Trainer/Sports Coach credentials preferred.
• Certified Pilates, Yoga or Dance Instructor beneficial.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on client training in fitness/health.
• Excellent communication and empathy; reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
• Lead guided group stretching sessions for clients.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clients.
• Ensure client safety and enforce studio policies.
• Attend staff meetings and educational presentations.
