Job summary

StretchLab Vinnin Square is seeking athletic trainers, personal trainers, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates instructors to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.

We provide one-on-one assisted stretches and guided group sessions, with a focus on safety, customer service, and community growth. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule and in-person studio work, perfect for fitness professionals

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, flexibility and mobility.
• Excellent communication and empathy when working with clients.
• Ability to create a positive, welcoming environment for all clients.
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a fitness/health setting with hands-on client training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele.
• Ensure safety of clients with proper stretch techniques and policies.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Handle member concerns when applicable.
• Assist sales associates and GM with studio tours, events, and sales.
• Maintain strong social media presence to support membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain all equipment for client use.
