Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the MIP clinic to provide outpatient oncology care. The role covers Breast, GI, GU, Head & Neck, Endocrine, and supportive care clinics, with triage duties as needed.

Ideal candidates bring radiation oncology experience in outpatient settings, strong assessment skills, and flexibility to work until 6:00pm. Florida RN license and BLS/ACLS are required; ACS/NPDB checks may apply.

Qualifications

• BSN or ASN with active Florida RN license.
• 1 year of oncology/ambulatory experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications current.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate care for cancer patients and families.
• Identifies and documents patient education based on learning needs.
• Participates in evidence-based improvement activities for the area of practice.
• Engages in professional development per nursing standards and requirements.
