Qualifications

• Experience in Treatment Planning and Case Management.
• Skills in Relationships Counseling and interpersonal communication with individuals, couples, and families.
• Licensure or eligibility in New Jersey (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Ability to maintain timely clinical documentation and part-time on-site caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person counseling at Long Valley, NJ location.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Offer ongoing therapeutic support for mental health and relationship concerns.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate case management.
• Collaborate with health professionals as needed and provide crisis support when appropriate.
• Educate clients and families on coping strategies and community resources.
