Job summary

Grace Community Care & Homes is developing its Mental Health department and seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver person-centered services, document progress and coordinate referrals.

The role requires an active NJ independent clinical license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/psychologist), supervision where required, and flexibility for on-site or community assignments in New Jersey. Pay is $30-$40 per hour for part-time work.

Qualifications

• Active NJ independent clinical license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/psychologist) is required.
• Experience providing assessments and therapy is expected.
• Must provide credentials, experience, availability and a resume.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments and individual, group or family therapy within credentials; develop treatment plans, document progress and coordinate referrals and safety planning.
• Work collaboratively with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams; maintain confidentiality and communicate service gaps promptly.
• Participate in orientation, competency review and quality improvement.
