Role Description

The Mental Health Counselor will provide in-person counseling services to clients at our Long Valley, NJ location. This part-time, on-site role includes conducting intake assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and offering ongoing therapeutic support for a range of mental health and relationship concerns. The counselor will maintain accurate clinical documentation, coordinate case management activities, and collaborate with other health professionals as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities also include monitoring client progress, providing crisis support when appropriate, and educating clients and families on coping strategies and community resources. The role requires adherence to ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and organizational policies.
