Qualifications

• Education: degree in a relevant field (Certificate/Bachelor’s/Master’s).
• 2–4 years in injury prevention or related field, industrial setting preferred.
• State licensure such as AT/PT/OT/OTA/PTA/LMT preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and detailed reporting.

Responsibilities

• Body mechanics coaching to prevent injuries.
• Risk assessment with site management and safety teams.
• Hands-on deep tissue therapy to support well-being.
• Maintain detailed records using DORN systems.
• Gather client feedback through employee surveys.
• Report to client sites and DORN management weekly or per service.
