Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a school-based team near San Jose, CA. This on-site, part-time contract role supports elementary students with motor, sensory, and self-care interventions in classroom and small-group settings.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff, develop individualized plans, and document progress while participating in IEP goal setting. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Current OT licensure in California required.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate students’ motor, sensory, and self-care skills to identify areas for intervention.
• Develop individualized service plans and interventions tailored to student needs.
• Work directly with students in classroom and small-group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students.
