Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record lane and Simulcast bid amounts in AS400.
• Enter customer data and process sold units.
• Verify/enter lights and run order accuracy with auctioneer.
• Support auctioneer with vehicle announcements and notes.
• Call and email on late titles.
• Use Salesforce for title-absent support.
• Coordinate with client services to respond to customers via phone, email, chat, and tickets.
• Other duties as assigned.
