Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record lane and bid amounts in AS400 and process sold units.
• Verify vehicle information with the auctioneer virtually.
• Monitor run order and review Simulcast bids for accuracy.
• Provide announcements and arbitration support to the auctioneer.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Utilize Salesforce for title absent support and case management.
• Collaborate with client services contact center for inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
