Pivotal Housing Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Churchview Gardens community in Peoria, IL. This part-time role requires 1+ years of related maintenance experience, reliable transportation, and being on-call for emergencies.

• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC training and certification preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to be on-call for emergencies.
• Experience receiving and closing work orders via smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Complete resident work orders on a 24- to 48-hour basis.
• Broad knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Assist with court-ordered set-outs when necessary.
• Perform unit turnover between residents (3–5 days).
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
• Be responsive to on-call emergencies.
